Our service provides
Occupational Health Assessment with an Occupational Health Qualified professional and an impartial approach to the Occupational Health Assessment process.
Referrals are accepted on an as-required basis. A request for assessment can be made by completing the online referral form.
A report will be completed following the assessment to provide clarity with health issues impacting work.
